About the Company

Information Portfolio, Inc. was founded as a result of a personal hardship stemming from an immediate family member’s serious health condition.  Without firsthand knowledge of the family member’s medical history, current medications, allergies, and past surgeries, it was very difficult and overwhelming as the caregiver, to provide sufficient and accurate information to medical professionals.

The first Personal Health Portfolio was developed to alleviate the burden of trying to remember all the medical history and details each time a medical emergency arose for an ill family member.  In addition, by having all the information documented and stored in an easily accessible format, obtaining medical records in an emergency was no longer a cause for concern, and it allowed other family members to participate in the care giving process.

We received excellent feedback from nurses, doctors, and emergency medical practitioners on the value of the Personal Health Portfolio, and found there was a great need to provide this type of product to everyone.

Obtaining your medical records quickly when emergencies arrive can be a daunting task. The Personal Health Portfolio is designed to solve that problem.

It further affords the ill family member the ability to let other family members help make medical decisions until they are able to take a more active role in their own medical health care.

Information Portfolio, Inc. is a records management company whose main focus is on the development of personal records management tools and systems.

Our goal as a company is to provide affordable personal records management products that will enable the individual to store, track and retrieve their personal information easily.  We have developed records management tools and systems that are very portable and contain the most important information needed for medical emergencies due to illness or accidental injury, or natural disasters such as floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, and earthquakes.
